Living with Diabetes? You Don't Have to Do It Alone
Our diabetes team is here to help you feel better and stay healthy — without judgment, just support.
If you have diabetes—or your doctor said you’re “pre-diabetic” — you might feel overwhelmed. There’s a lot of information out there, and it can be confusing to know what you’re supposed to do.
Here’s the truth: managing diabetes is hard. But it gets a lot easier when you have the right support.
Our Diabetes Center Is Here for You
We have a whole team dedicated to helping people with diabetes: doctors who specialize in it, nurses, a dietitian, and educators who teach you what you need to know. They work together to help you—which means you’re not juggling a bunch of different appointments with people who don’t talk to each other.
What we help with:
✓ Understanding your numbers (blood sugar, A1C, and what they actually mean for you)
✓ Figuring out medications and insulin (if you need it)
✓ Eating in a way that works for your life and your culture
✓ Dealing with insurance and medication costs
✓ Answering all those questions you’re afraid to ask
The thing is, we’re not here to lecture you or make you feel guilty. We know life happens. We know it’s hard to eat perfectly and check your blood sugar every day and do all the things you’re “supposed” to do.
We’re here to help you figure out what’s realistic for your life, and to support you when things get tough.
No Surprises
We accept most insurance plans, and many plans cover diabetes education and nutrition counseling at no extra cost to you. First appointments are usually longer so we have time to really talk.
